It is anticipated that it will take around 45 minutes to go through the online materials plus additional time to complete the exercises.

Target audience:

  • University staff

Prerequisites:

  • Before beginning the module you should ideally have completed a time log
  • The time log helps you to record how you currently spend your time and will give you a baseline to improve upon
  • If you don't already have one you can find the time log in the toolkit document within the online course

Aims: To help you identify:

  • how you currently use your time
  • what drives the way you manage your time
  • what your time stealers are and how to avoid them
  • how to prioritise your work
  • tools and tips to help you manage your time more effectively and achieve more in your average day
