An interactive workshop for developing your negotiation skills, designed and delivered by ex hostage negotiators. Gain the knowledge and expertise to help you get the best result when communicating with others.

Learn how to make the most of conversations you have, find the answers you need, and discover how to deal with difficult people.

Prerequisites
  • If your booking is successful and you gain a confirmed place you will be expected to attend the whole day
  • If you fail to attend or do not stay for the whole day you may be charged for your place on this course
  • Lunch is not included
  • Partipicants can either purchase lunch from the on-site cafe or bring their own with them on the day
