  • Post Docs, PhD and Mphil by Research students from the Department of Engineering
  • School of Technology if places available after priority to eligible Engineering Students
  • Further details regarding Engineering Language Unit's eligibility criteria are available

  • Cultural awareness, both within and outwith the University environment
  • Aspects of the British lifestyle, British culture and contemporary social issues
Aims
  • To demonstrate the importance of intercultural awareness in a multicultural environment such as the University
  • To focus on the British lifestyle, considering aspects of behaviour, manners, social conventions and traditions

Two session of one and a half hours
