Project Management: Prince2 Practitioner (Online)
PrerequisitesOnlineSpecial£

Self-taught course

Description

PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. This is the follow on course from the PRINCE2 Foundation course.

This fee-based online course is split into a number of steps designed to progressively test a candidate's knowledge and application of PRINCE2, culminating in the attempt (under exam conditions) of two full mock PRINCE2 Practitioner exam papers.

At the start of the course, candidates will be asked to indicate their level of confidence in their understanding of PRINCE2. Based on a candidate's answer, a tailored training programme is then recommended to provide the optimal route through these steps to ensure they have the best preparation for undertaking their Practitioner exam.

During every step, candidates will be asked a series of questions, some related to a case study, and based on their scores candidates will be provided with page references to the official PRINCE2 guide and recommendations for additional work. Candidates will be guided through their training by an instructor who will provide feedback on performance and readiness for the Practitioner exam.

At any point during the learning candidates can replay content, skip content and ask a PRINCE2 expert for help and guidance. Candidates can also attempt the two full mock PRINCE2 Practitioner exam papers as many times as they like, until they feel confident to undertake the 'real thing'.

After completing the learning, candidates are provided with some practical advice as to how to prepare whilst waiting to undertake their actual PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.

Upon booking you will receive a Unique Access Key (UAK) and receive your course material to begin your learning. Candidates will be required to register their product prior to use.

The online course materials are available to you for one year from the date you receive your login details.
