Charging Policy

Non-Bespoke Instructor Led Courses

If you are eligible to attend, a charge is made for the majority of non-bespoke instructor led training provided by the Language Centre.

  1. CULP (Cambridge University Language Programmes)
    Registered Students and Current Staff of the University and Colleges (including Academic Visitors who have a CRSID/Raven login) are charged for our institution-wide language programme. Full details of our current rates for each course can be found on the relevant course page or from the Language Centre website.
  2. ADTIS (Academic Development & Training for International Students)
    Registered Students (including Post-Docs) and Current Staff can join the In-Sessional Support Programme (see the relevant course page or the Language Centre website for current fee levels). Students will need to have completed all necessary diagnostic testing and have been allocated a Supervisor in order to meet the eligibility criteria for relevant Workshops provided at the Language Centre.
  3. Conversation Hours
    Registered Students and Current Staff of the University and Colleges (including Academic Visitors who have a CRSID/Raven login) are charged a termly fee.

Bespoke or Specially Commissioned Courses

Many of our bespoke or specially commissioned courses will be funded by Departments, Faculties and/or Colleges and no charge is made to eligible individuals. See the course details or contact us for more information.

Independent Learning

Access to the John Trim Centre and Advising Services are provided free of charge to Registered Students and Current Staff of the University and Colleges (including Academic Visitors who have a CRSID/Raven login)
