Payment Policy

Charged Instructor Led Courses

A small number of instructor led courses are charged. If payment is required for your course attendance (see charging policy or the individual course details), your payment must be made in advance of the training event in order that your booking can be confirmed. Failure to do so will mean you cannot attend the course.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card, please call us at the time of booking with your details
• Purchase orders are only applicable to members of academic institutions. Please raise a PO displaying the attendees name and course date and send to the following contact details. Please note that we can only accept a copy of the actual PO, this can be sent by email or fax we can't accept just PO numbers or screen shots of POs.

Self-taught Loan

Accepted payment methods for £20 refundable deposit and those who qualify for a charge

• Cash
• Cheque (payable to 'University of Cambridge' and accompanied by a valid gurantee card)
• Purchase order (only applicable to members of academic institutions and made payable to "University Information Services")
