Perhaps you want to compare this approach with that of your peers.

This course is for those who want to share experiences, have encountered problems and are seeking solutions, or just want to do the job more effectively.

Target audience
  • Supervisors of undergraduate students with more than one year’s experience of supervising undergraduates

Prerequisites
  • You must have at least one year’s experience of supervising undergraduates at Cambridge
  • In preparation for the course, please read the Supervisors/Supervisions entry in the Tutors’ Guide

  • to have discussed “best practice”
  • to have considered varying approaches to supervising
  • to be more aware of how to cope with difficult situations
