Understanding Domestic Abuse in the collegiate University
New

Thu 30 Jan 2025

Description

The aim of this interactive course is to raise awareness of domestic abuse and stalking and equip staff to respond appropriately to disclosures.

Target audience

Staff in student support or pastoral roles, including Senior Tutors, Tutors, DoS, Porters and Departmental staff in support or pastoral roles

Prerequisites

We would recommend you attend the Responding to Disclosures of Sexual Violence in the collegiate University course before attending this course. This is because it includes information on the reporting processes which we do not include in the domestic abuse training.
