Teaching Disabled Students (Briefing)
Description
This participative workshop will identify where barriers could exist for disabled students. It will provide an opportunity to discuss best practice and any concerns relating to your area of work. The session will focus on practical strategies and advance planning to create more inclusive learning environments.

Aims
- to demonstrate that good teaching practice for disabled students is also good teaching practice for all students
- to update on best practice for including disabled students
- to review all learning activities to see where potential barriers for disabled students may occur
Duration
One session of one and a quarter hours
