Understanding Our Global Workplace (Assistant Staff)
Special

Tue 21 Jan 2014

Description

A series of consultation events are being held in Lent Term 2014 to explore the experiences and perceptions of individual members of staff from all cultural and ethnic groups, i.e. White, White Other, and Black and Minority Ethnic. Our goal is to understand the successes and challenges that staff face from all cultural backgrounds when working in the University. We hope this exercise will help us to identify good practice and areas in which the University could perhaps make improvements.

Target audience

All Assistant staff, i.e. from all nationalities and ethnicities, are invited to participate in this consultation event
