The aim of this course is to help staff navigate the rules and regulations of recruiting an individual who is subject to immigration control, whilst ensuring full compliance. It will outline the key requirements in advertising, selection, pre-employment checks and the responsibilities throughout employment that the University is legally bound to observe.
