Description
This programme offers a development opportunity for those who are open to the possibility of taking on a Head of Department or Institution role in the future.
Application for this programme is by nomination by School Secretary. Nominations are open in December and January. If you are interested, please discuss with your Head of Department or Institution.
Target audience
- University Staff members who are in a senior academic role and have the potential of leading at a departmental or institutional level in the future

- Attendance at all five sessions is required
