Description

We will look at a number of Engineering scenarios, discuss the correct register and appropriate use of words according to each situation and focus on the most effective communication techniques for each case in academia and industry.

Target audience
  • Non-native MPhil by Research and PhD students plus Postdocs from the Department of Engineering ONLY
  • No other students, members of staff or visiting scholars are eligible for this course. If you are not eligible, please do not sign up, as your name will be deleted from the list without further notice. Instead, please email Nicola Cavaleri (nch23@cam.ac.uk) to enquire about possible special arrangements.
