The sessions will be designed alongside managers and subject leaders to provide teams and groups with valuable opportunities to work together on developing ideas and strategic plans, which will contribute to the Strategy for Cambridge University Library and identify areas that could become part of a collaborative strategy for library services across Cambridge.

Objectives
  • To enable staff of the University Library to contribute to the planning process via, team, departmental, directorate and subject focussed sessions.
  • To enable stakeholders across the university and Cambridge, to contribute to the University Library’s planning process and to help identify areas and appetite for a collaborative strategic framework across Colleges, Faculty & Departmental Libraries and the University Library.
