An introduction to the UK Web archive – its purposes and what it collects. An initial training session for those who might be interested in contributing. Attending the training session will not commit you to contributing, but rather indicate to us who would like to be involved in further discussions.

Objectives
By the end of the course participants will:
• Know what the purpose of the Web Archive is
• Be introduced to some of the collections
• Be shown what arching a website involves
• Have the opportunity to think about what collections they may be able to contribute.
