Amicus 1-2-1 training for cutover new Unscheduled Not bookable

This is a bespoke 1-2-1 session with an Amicus trainer. The agenda is yours!

Amicus Assessment new Unscheduled Not bookable

On completion of Amicus training, you will need to enrol on an assessment course. You will need to complete a maximum of 3 scenarios within Amicus. This will ensure you are comfortable and confident using the system in preparation for when we go live. It's not a scary test - remember:

  • You can bring your training notes
  • A trainer will be on hand to answer any questions

This course is designed to give you the foundation knowledge of what is held in Amicus and help you get started using it. It will cover:

  • How to view and edit contact records
  • Where to find employment, education, relationships, giving details and interests
  • Recording actions and interactions
  • An overview of the prospect solicitation cycle and how to complete contact reports
  • How to create a contact records
  • Corresponding with individuals
  • How to view reports
Amicus Communications new Unscheduled Not bookable

This course covers the communications functionality within the Amicus system:

  • Sending mass communications
  • Corresponding with individuals or small groups
  • Managing salutations and contact preferences
  • Recording famous individuals, social media and CAM contributors
  • Managing templates and managing the Communications working group
Amicus for Database Team new Unscheduled Not bookable

This course is designed to give you the additional Amicus knowledge required to complete tasks actioned by the Database team. It will cover:

  • How to update a deceased record
  • How to merge records
  • How to update gender changes
  • How to add and update sticky notes

There will be time allocated at the end of the course for you to practice what you have learnt in the Amicus Basics course and apply it to Database Team tasks.

Amicus Stewardship new Unscheduled Not bookable

Following completion of the Amicus Basics course, this session will give you detailed knowledge of:

  • Settlement and Stewardship within the solicitation cycle
  • Requesting instalments on a pledge, anonymous giving and trust fund statements
  • Gift acknowledgement, VC letters, recognition groups and donor lists
