Addenbrooke's Art Collection Tour
New

Mon 24 Jun 2019

Description

Over recent years, there has been a growing understanding of the powerful impact that the arts can have in healthcare settings. In 2007, The Department of Health issued its first ever review of arts in health which recognised that the arts “are, and should be firmly recognised as being integral to health, healthcare provision and healthcare environments, including supporting staff”.

This session, hosted by Addenbrooke’s Arts (a programme funded by Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust), will include a short talk about the role of arts in health followed by a tour of the art collection in Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

For more information about Addenbrooke’s Arts please go to: http://www.cuh.org.uk/corporate-information/services/non-clinical-services/addenbrookes-arts

Donations to Addenbrooke's Art would be gratefully received!
