Basic Bike Maintenance & Puncture Repair
New

Wed 26 Jun 2019

Description

To be held in the Madingley Hall gardens.

Come along and spend an hour learning the basic bike maintenance essentials to keep you on the road if the worst happens whilst out on a ride. Session will include wheel removal, innertube repair / replacement and wheel refitting. Handouts will be available detailing the basic minimum kit to carry with you on your bike when out and about.

There will also be a basic touch on brake / gear adjustment time allowing. Wheels and bikes with varied running gear will be available on site but feel free to bring along your own bike and tools so that you can practice on the machine you’ll need to work on in your own time. No equipment / spares or maintenance will be available to take away on the day and the session is not designed to give your bike a full service while you wait.
