In this interactive session, Jonathan Taylor, a Chartered Psychologist from Pearn Kandola will discuss the research that is starting to uncover how inclusion contributes to our self-esteem, well-being and our ability to perform at our best.

Introducing the topic of Inclusive Leadership, the session will explore how we can be more inclusive in our decision making, the relationships that we form at work, and the culture we create in our teams.
