IT Community: Mentoring Workshop New

Description
The mentoring workshop is for everyone who has registered to be a mentor or mentee with the IT Community Development scheme, regardless of whether you have been matched or not.
The workshop is expected to last about 2.5 hours and will cover the following:
- The purpose of the scheme
- What mentoring is (and isn't)
- What's in it for the mentor and the mentee
- Some mentoring techniques - eg coaching, active listening, open questions
- Protocols.
Refreshments will be provided.
Target audience
All the Cambridge IT Community.
