An opportunity to gain an insight into the work of the Financial Systems Group, the day to day work and the major projects managed within this team as well as the relationships with UIS.

By attending this session attendees will gain an insight into the work of the Financial Systems Group; the day to day work of the group; the helpdesk and call monitoring systems; approach to prioritisation of issues and development; financial system management and reporting; major projects managed within this team; and an oversight of the relationship with UIS.


The sessions are delivered by 3 separate team leads supported by an introductory presentation.


You do not need anything other than a pen and notepad should you wish to take notes. You are welcome to bring a tea/coffee/water with you.

The session will swap between working at desks and working in F40. Your first session in F40 so please arrive at F40 at 2pm to start the taster session. A small slide deck that supports this session will also be provided to you on completion.

If arriving externally to Finance Division please inform Greenwich House reception of your arrival and we will meet you there.
