A short briefing on how to act as a delegate using the desktop SAP Concur client. This will cover:

- The type of claims you may prepare for others
- How to switch roles and enter information
- The submission process
Target audience
Anybody at the university who will be acting as a delegate to prepare expense claims (out of pocket or credit card) on behalf of somebody else
Prerequisites
The user should be familiar with the basic expense claim procedures, guidance can be found on the Expenses Hub
