Training session aimed for festival coordinators to support their planning for the 2021 Cambridge festival
Target audience
PEP's
Objectives
The nuts and bolts of how to run a successful digital engagement event. It will cover: Accessibility: - Different options for how to incorporate subtitles/closed captioning - Use of slides for presentations - Audio settings How to minimise risk for digital events - moderated Q&A protects audience and speakers - backup plan options (e.g. someone prepared to be a ‘voice of god’ to jump in if tech issues arise, how to deal with wifi failure, power cuts, etc)
