Waiting List

If an Equality and Diversity event is fully booked your name will automatically be placed on a waiting list and you will be sent an email informing you of this.

Therefore if you do not receive an email stating that you have a confirmed place when making a booking you have not been successful in obtaining a place on that event.

Offer of a place

If a place becomes available due to a cancellation you will be offered a place via email. You will have one working day to respond to this offer.

Waiting list place

If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a place on an event and further dates are available we will contact you.

Registering an interest

You can express your interest in an event that is unscheduled or an event that has finished. If another extra event is organised we will contact you.
