English: Speaking Skills: Pronunciation Skills

Description
This course is intended for non-native speakers who wish to improve their Pronunciation skills. There will be an introduction to an aspect of English Pronunciation with an opportunity to practise, both on your own, in pairs, in groups and to work with the teacher.

Target audience
- Non-native MPhil by Research and PhD students plus Postdocs from the Department of Engineering ONLY
- No other students, members of staff or visiting scholars are eligible for this course. If you are not eligible, please do not sign up, as your name will be deleted from the list without further notice. Instead, please email Nicola Cavaleri (nch23@cam.ac.uk) to enquire about possible special arrangements.

- To improve pronunciation skills and the use of stress, rhythm and intonation patterns
- To develop clarity and fluency in a variety of situations
- To develop your awareness of your pronunciation strengths and weaknesses
