Waiting List and Stand-by Places

Fully Booked Training Events

If a course is fully booked you will be sent an email and your name will automatically be placed on a stand-by list. If the stand-by list has reached its maximum number before you submit your booking you will be notified that you have been placed on the waiting list.

NB. If you do not receive a booking confirmation email when making a booking you have not been successful in obtaining a confirmed place.

Please do not attend courses unless you have the relevant booking confirmation.

Offer of a place

If a place becomes available due to a cancellation you will be offered a place via email. You will have one working day to respond to this offer.

Waiting list place

If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a place on a training event and further dates are available we will contact you.
