Following the ourcambridge launch sessions these workshops give professional services staff the opportunity to become more involved in the programme by helping develop the ideas that have been submitted and influence the programme outcomes. Target audience
- All professional services staff
Aims
The workshop will cover both supporting our staff and simplifying our processes. The workshops aims to:
- provide professional services staff with the opportunity to be involved and influence the ‘ourcambridge’ programme
- review the ‘ideas’ and identify the initiatives/process improvement that would most benefit Professional Services Staff
- generate further ideas and identify whether there is anything missing from the scope of the programme
- scope out what ‘great' will look like, feel like and how we will get there - the challenges and how to overcome them
- invite staff to get involved and put their names forward for working groups
