ourcambridge Values Workshop - Session 1

This workshop is designed to help shape ourcambridge values for our professional services staff. By values we mean the beliefs that are most important to us about the way we interact with each other, how we work together effectively towards common goals and the behaviours that we demonstrate and expect to see from our colleagues.

As a staff-centric programme, your opinion really counts so this is an opportunity for you to have your say and provide valuable input into an important strategic initiative. The workshops form part of a wider project in which we are engaging with professional services staff at all levels. The output from the workshops will build on the feedback already received.

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis and we hope to see you there.

Number of sessions: 1

There will be six sessions of 2 hours duration at different sites across Cambridge. Champions are invited to attend the session which is most convenient, although spaces are limited and will allocated on a first come first served basis
