New Wellbeing Advocate Training New
This full day specialist bespoke training equips Wellbeing Advocates to be powerful champions for wellbeing. The training is designed to establish the roles and responsibilities of a Wellbeing Advocate and to support you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to develop in your role.

Trainer: Desiree Ashton
- Desiree is a sought-after speaker and facilitator and has supported some of the world’s leading brands to develop healthy high performing cultures. Desiree is an experienced organisational wellbeing specialist who is passionate about people development and equipping individuals, teams and leaders with the resilience they need to thrive.
- Drawing on over 12 years’ of experience of consulting, coaching and facilitation, she has designed and delivered a broad range of high profile development solutions, aligned to different levels within global organisations. Sector experience includes technology, telecoms, finance, legal, retail, pharmaceutical, hospitality, utilities and manufacturing, in addition to public sector, government, police, fire and rescue, the NHS and charities.
- At The Wellbeing Project, Desiree has been a core member of the team who developed the Wraw® psychometric assessment. She went on to build and lead the Academy team, overseeing the delivery of numerous practitioner accreditation programmes. She is a regular coach and senior facilitator on key client programmes.
