Stretch and unwind with this free yoga class provided by Ros Mulvany. Incorporating yoga into your daily routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.

Staff and students at the Department of Physics. All abilities welcome.
