Description

T’ai Chi is a gentle and meditative form of exercise. Practice not only improves our physical health, including posture, balance, breathing and circulation, but helps to calm the mind and relieve stress.

Alison Warlow has been practising T'ai Chi and qigong since 1999, and teaching since 1994. She teaches a number of weekly classes in and around Cambridge, and is a registered instructor with the T'ai Chi Union of Great Britain.

Target audience
  • Staff, students and visitors (from other departments or outside the University of Cambridge) working at Department of Physics
