Bridging the Gap from Research to Practice Programme - Limitation as Strength: A practical guide to resilience thinking
New

Mon 5 Oct 2020

Description

Abigail Docherty is a playwright, working in theatre and for BBC Radio 4. We are delighted she will be leading on a series of live sessions within this programme. In this particular live session Abigail will look at how Csikszentmihalyhi's theory of flow and Taleb's theory of antifragility can enhance personal and professional resilience.

Do you agree that a crisis is the same as an opportunity? Have there been moments in your life when the unexpected has allowed, or forced, you to develop in ways that you could not have previously imagined?

This live training session sits within an online programme supporting PPD skills for postgraduates: http://ppd4phd.com/

Target audience

All postgraduate students at the University of Cambridge
