CamSIS Filtering

Prerequisites

CamSIS Filtering is a tool used within CamSIS to create lists of students. This course will show you how to understand the data structure and how to use CamSIS Filtering to create detailed student lists.

• NOT SUITABLE FOR DEPARTMENT STAFF
• Further details regarding CamSIS' eligibility criteria are available

• Participants should have attended the CamSIS: An Introduction course or have equivalent knowledge
• Participants should also have a CamSIS account with access to Filtering
• Filtering can be found in CamSIS under 'Reporting' on the Main Menu
• Contact the CamSIS helpdesk if you need to add Filtering to your account, allowing 5 days for the update to take place

• Creating a filtered report
• Explanation of the types of filtered reports available
• Explanation of the fields used for filtering and displaying data
• Saving and modifying a filtered report
• Saving your list as a spreadsheet

To be able to:

• Understand how CamSIS Filtering works
• Create a list of students
• Understand the fields used for selecting and displaying data
