UIS: Microsoft 365 / Teams Workshop New
This one hour workshop is for people who are either new to an Office 365 or Teams application or for more experienced users who wonder if there is a better approach to how they are currently completing their work. We don't promise solutions for every problem but we will work with you using your files to explore if we can suggest a more efficient way to achieve results.
When you book in the Special Requirements field, please enter a description of what you want to discuss and, if relevant, have a copy of your own files available so we can test some ideas. Please anonymise the data if it is sensitive or personal.

Instructor-led workshop.
- Installed Microsoft Teams app
- If you can't install the Teams app you can use a Web Browser
- It's advisable to make a test call in advance of the session
- A link to the online meeting will be sent in your booking confirmation email and event reminders
- The course will start promptly at the time shown below but will be open up to 30 minutes beforehand should you wish to check your audio and visual setup. Using a webcam is optional but using one will give you a better learning experience.
- Your computer set up may be different to others on the course and there are small variations when using different operating systems. It is helpful to keep the instructor informed of the system that you are using.
