Writing for the web part 1
BeginnersNew

Tue 31 Aug 2021

Description

Whether you manage a website, write content or are just interested in how to write for the web, we welcome all abilities to this content community event.

We will show you how users read web content and explore common patterns of behaviour. Once you’ve understood how users consume your content, you’ll feel more confident that you’re helping to provide a good user experience.

The session will begin with a quick update from the Digital Presence Programme.

Notes

We will be using this event to trial running Content Community sessions as MS Teams meetings, rather than live events. This is to enable attendees to use the text chat function to communicate with other attendees, following feedback from previous events that people would like to be able to do so.

Attendees will have cameras and microphones off so that only speakers will be on-screen and able to present. Please note that the meeting will be recorded and made available on the Digital Presence SharePoint site as previous events have been.

Post your questions before or during the event using the link to the meeting provided in the booking confirmation email.
