Leading Global Organisations: Across Countries and Cultures
Marg has been chief executive of VSO since December 2008. She works closely with the directors of VSO federation members and the other members of the Global Leadership Team in order to provide the overall strategic direction for the organisation.

Marg has a wealth of experience in non-executive roles, having served on the board of the grant-making Nationwide Foundation, the leading Asian-led housing association ASRA, and the Kent-based visual arts project Stour Valley Arts. Until 2009, Marg was the chair of the Akram Khan Dance Company, a small entrepreneurial dance company with a high profile in the international dance world.

Target audience
  • University staff who have attended leadership and management programmes
  • Those with responsibility for other staff
  • Participation is by invite only
  • If places remain available closer to the date of the event these will be offered on a first come first served basis to other members of staff of the University who have expressed an interest
