Leadership Masterclass: How Leaders can Contribute to the Health, Wellbeing and Productivity of Employees

Description

The speaker for the first Masterclass in this Academic Year will be Professor Dame Carol Black DBE, FRCP, FMedSci.

Dame Carol’s talk will address why health and wellbeing should become a core priority for leaders and managers, why leaders should value the strategic importance and benefits of healthy workplaces and how they can encourage a consistent sustainable positive approach to health and wellbeing for all.
