Description

The skills and knowledge acquired in Project 2007 Module 1 take you from a complete beginner to good proficiency in using the software, sufficent for you to create a project plan to include creating tasks, their durations and relationships with other tasks; the assignment of resources and materials to tasks; entering costs, constraints and deadlines for tasks; monitoring the project and managing slippage.

Watsonia workbook tutorials. Files for the exercises are provided on CD.

Prerequisites

Microsoft Project 2007 Module 1 assumes little or no knowledge of the software. However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system environment.

System requirements

You will need a Windows operating system with Microsoft Project 2007 installed. This software is installed on PWF machines.
