This course is fully accredited by the BCS and provides you with a thorough understanding of the internationally recognized PRINCE2 project management methodology.

Organisations that have adopted the PRINCE2® have claimed that they have been able to achieve greater customer satisfaction during and at the end of projects, to reduce costs and to realise greater benefit from project deliverables.

There is a fee of £695 for this course.

PRINCE2® Foundation is the entry level qualification of the PRINCE2® Qualifications scheme.

Target audience

PRINCE2 is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers/staff.
