- To provide a short overview of the Concordat and the laws related to the use of animals in research.
- To give researchers an understanding of the public’s opinion of research using animals.
- To give researchers the confidence to talk to a scientifically interested public about their research.
- To touch on how best to deal with difficult questions from the public, the media and campaigners.
Participative workshop for 30 combining talks and practical group activities as preparation for face-to-face or media communication.
