An opportunity for others within the Finance Division to spend some time with the central FP&A to gain an overview of their roles and a greater appreciation of what they do.

Objectives
  • Who are central FP&A?
  • What do central FP&A do?
  • How does central FP&A and what they do, interact with the rest of the Finance Division and the rest of the University?
Aims
  • Overview of the team
  • Outline of TRAC return and process
  • How University fEC rates and research facilities rates are calculated
  • Review of Planning Round cycle, Administered Funds, Central Fund Warrants, and Coloured Books (Green, Blue & Orange).
