CCWS: Transitioning undergraduate examiners and assessors to CCWS, and how to use the calculator spreadsheet new Finished 10:00 - 12:00 Student Services Centre, Exams Hall, Room AG03a

This session will provide:-

10.00 - 10.30 - a presentation from Trish Gallagher (Student Services Centre Support Team Manager) about the fees paid to examiners, how they should be determined (including use of the calculator) and an opportunity to ask questions.

10.30 - 11.00 - a presentation from Michelle Batty (HR Manager, Casual Worker Team) about CCWS, covering registration, making a booking and approving a timesheet with particular emphasis on undergraduate examiners and assessors.

11.00 - 12.00 - an opportunity for individual 1:1 support or questions with members of the HR Systems Helpdesk and Casual Worker HR Team

Attendees may wish to participate in the whole session or follow the timings above if they have a particular interest/request for support.
