Description
This menopause awareness training session, run by Deborah Garlick from Henpicked, aims to be educational and engaging, helping employees - female and male - to understand:
- What menopause is, how to recognise the symptoms and how they may be affected by it.
- The options available to manage their symptoms and long-term health.
- What support is available and how to access it, both at work and outside work.
There will be time for discussion and questions throughout and after the session.
