Eligibility

University and College Members

The majority of the Language Centre training programme is open to:

• Current University Students
• University Staff on the main payroll
• College staff
• Visiting Academics (provided they obtain a Raven password)

Some courses are restricted to a target audience e.g. bespoke or departmental courses. Therefore you must check the Target Audience on the course details before booking. Any ineligible bookings will be cancelled with notification.

Please note: Charges are made for many of our courses. These charges apply to all users except where exemptions are specifically identified.

Non-Members of the University

The following non-members of the University may also be eligible to attend a small number of activities if software licenses permits and at the discretion of the Language Centre. This will be stated in the Target Audience under other.

For guidance purposes only:

• Members of non-affiliated University institutions
• Academic visitors to the University
• Fee Paying Users of the John Trim Centre
• Spouses of University Staff and Students

Priority is given to members of the University and Colleges. Any ineligible bookings will be cancelled with notification.
