This one-hour instructor-led course is for people who want to keep up to date with newer or the lesser-known features of Microsoft Office, these tips are generally available across the Office suite of applications. It is a quick fire succession of topics at a fast pace and aimed at those who are comfortable using computers. The course will be taught using Windows, Mac users will find small differences. You should install Office 365 before the course. The link to join the course is sent in the booking and reminder emails. |

Do you keep hearing the term collaborating online and are wondering if you and your co-workers should be doing it, or if you are doing it correctly? If so, this one-hour instructor-led course is for you. The session will blast through the jargon of OneDrive and SharePoint to explain how working online together can improve productivity, and it will give you hands on practice collaborating in real time using Word and Excel. This online virtual workshop will help build your confidence delivering training sessions and give you an opportunity to practice and to receive feedback from other trainers. The emphasis of the course is not about the method and practice of teaching as an academic subject or theoretical concept, this is a hands-on workshop where you can practice in a safe environment. Before the workshop session, you must create an activity or convert one of your existing courses to an online version, and be prepared to present a 15-20 minute session. You will need to demonstrate that you have thought through and manged the pre-course bookings, communications and activities as well as competence using an online delivery tool. The workshop will be friendly and supportive with a maximum of three participants. You must have Teams installed on your computer to participate.
