Self-match mentoring scheme: Establishing a positive mentoring relationship (for mentors) New
In this session we will discuss together how to get your mentoring relationship off to a good start, how to build trust with your mentee and build your confidence as a mentor. We will also touch on how to overcome any obstacles in the mentoring relationship.
The session has been designed to support mentors on the ourcambridge self-match mentoring scheme (https://www.ourcambridge.admin.cam.ac.uk/supporting-our-staff/self-match-mentoring-scheme), but mentors from other schemes are also welcome to join.
