This in-lab induction and guided tour is for authorised users of the Semiconductor Physics Clean Room in the Mott
Target audience
University of Cambridge Department of Physics - staff, students and registered visitors who are authorised users of the SP Clean Room

You also need to attend the Cleanroom Safety Talk and the General Induction for Cleanroom users - see below for links.

Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- find Cleanroom garments
- explain what equipment is available
- describe the local rules for using the SP Cleanroom
- find chemicals and consumables for their project
- deal with emergencies, responding to the alarm system and using eyewash/shower and fire exits
- safely store and dispose of waste
- complete the next steps in becoming a user of the SP cleanroom
