Physics Health & Safety - Refresher Briefing for Users of Physics of Medicine (PoM) IntermediatePrerequisitesNew
This briefing session is for users of PoM who are returning to the building after being away for some time. The need for a refresher is determined by the Laboratory.
Returning staff, students and visitors who have renewed permission to work at PoM and have been away for less than 2 years.
You will have previously completed a full PoM induction. If you have been away from the Department for 2 years or more, you will need to do the full PoM induction instead of this session, and will also need to redo other departmental training relevant to your work.

By the end of the briefing, returning users should be able to work safely according to current Local Rules.
To ensure returning users of PoM are aware of all the current Local Rules and other safety arrangements.
Face to face meeting with Laboratory Manager, who assesses the success of the session.
