Before you Book:

Target audience
  • University of Cambridge students (undergraduate and postgraduate)
Prerequisites
  • Complete the Pre-course material. You will receive further joining instructions and a link to the pre-course material in a Booking Confirmation email.
  • Enrol on MOODLE You will receive further instructions with a link to Moodle and an Enrolment Passcode in your Booking Confirmation email.
  • Purchase the course book Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman (Piatkus, 2011).
  • Attend all 8 sessions, arriving punctually.
Notes
  • Some of the classes involve gentle movement, and moving around the room
  • If you have any concerns, please email Researcher Development in advance
