Read only Marketplace access- system demonstration New
Description
Read only access to the marketplace can be requested by a departmental key contact. This access will allow the user to search the Marketplace and add items to a basket, the basket is then shared with a Buyer who will place the order in iProcurement.
During this session we will demonstrate the end to end process.
For the user with read only access:
- Logging in via the weblink
- Adding items to the basket
- Sharing the basket with the nominated buyer
- Standard format of the email to the buyer
For the buyer:
- Finding the shared basket
- Checks to make
- Checking out the basket
